How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add your favourites to your cart, and follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. For most places in South Africa, we aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days. We have partnered with Courier Guy and RAM to ensure your products get to you ASAP!

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. We currently accept Yoco Payments, Payfast Payments is currently in development.

Can I return or exchange an item?

No questions asked refunds valid up to 14 days from date of purchase. Exchanges valid up to 30 days from date of purchase. Please refer to our refund policy for the full wording.
